My name is Sylvia! Welcome to my website! I recently earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations at the University of Oregon. I love writing; it’s a form of art that is both therapeutic and allows my voice to be heard. I write because I long to have a voice in society, one that people can take seriously not only as a member of Gen Z, but also as a young woman who is constantly learning more and more about the world around her. I’m incredibly fascinated in social issues, especially those that involve my generation. My beats include pop culture and fashion op-eds, but I also occasionally write profile pieces. At the end of the day, I’m a storyteller and a firm believer that everyone has a story to tell!
